How to Use the AVI-SPL Portal
Step 1 : Set Up Your Profile
- Click Here To Visit the Portal
- Click Log in, then select Register
- Enter your name, email, and phone number
- Click Sign Up
- Verify Your Email
- Set Your Password
Step 2: Submit a Help Desk Ticket
- Log In to the portal
- Click Get Help to open the support form
- Fill Out the Form
- Submit Your Case
- You will receive updates and can check status anytime
Note: You can submit a help desk ticket without logging in; however, you will need to log in to track your ticket status.
